Igloo’s are intended for events and other arrangements and are as such only meant for short term temporary assembly and disassembly. Wimba warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions or manual. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, weather conditions, misuse, modification or incorrect dismantle, erection, packing and storage of the product.
It’s important to note that our igloos are indeed designed as temporary structures, and their durability can be affected by prolonged exposure to weather conditions. The PVC cover, in particular, can become brittle over time when subjected to weather elements. While we strive to create high-quality products, it’s essential for customers to follow the recommended usage instructions to ensure the longevity of their purchase.

Our Geodesic Garden Igloo Dome Bubble Tent’s have been built in such a way that the build process is as streamlined as it could be. We provide a clear step-by-step instruction manual and make sure all parts are labelled to correspond with this manual. We also complement this with assembly tutorial videos, downloadable PDF instruction manuals, tips and FAQ advice within our Advice Center below and we are open 7 days a week for any questions.

Safety guidance
Read the instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the procedure before assembling the structure.
Ensure the igloo is assembled correctly and, in the event of light snowfall, remove snow from the roof immediately. In case of wind, you are advised to use a tie down kit. In case of strong winds and heavy snowfall we recommend temporary disassembly.
Always use the igloo with the anchoring support provided, pegs for soft surfaces such as grass, and the anchoring brackets for solid surfaces such as wood. We do also offer, as optional extras, sand weights and water weights which can be used across all surface types, please contact us for details.
Do not place near lights, fireplaces, gas or electric heaters, candles, radiators, or any other sources of heat, fire or flammable liquids.
We recommend caution and common sense when in use.
Do not use naked flames in or around the structure. We recommend you do not smoke while inside the structure.
Please keep all exits clear and unobstructed.
This structure features a fabric cover that is not flame retardant.

Here’s the updated version of your review:We used Wimba Marquee for our son’s 5th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! Adam and Daniel looked after us like family, ensuring everything went smoothly. Even with the storm, the marquee stood strong and was so warm and cozy that all our guests were amazed. They were even on standby to make sure it went all well. Despite the rain, the party went on without a hitch, and the guests absolutely loved it. When we had a slight issue with the heating on a Saturday midday, they came around within minutes to fix it, which was incredibly helpful. This is where the customer experience really stood out. The marquee was so convenient, especially since we couldn’t book our local church. They provided chairs and tables, making it a great alternative. Everything was set up perfectly, and the party was a huge hit. We would highly recommend Wimba Marquee for all occasions!
All in all a brilliant service from Wimbaway from start to finish. We love our Marquee. It is sturdy, good quality and perfect for what we were looking for. The tent went together easily and wasn't too difficult to fold away afterwards. The carry cases were also good, although I wonder how long the handles will last?! Delivery was very quick and pricing was reasonable. We look forward for many years of use from this marquee, but are pleased to hear that replacement parts are available to order separately if required in the future.
